I originally wanted these for my teen daughter. I called customer service and spoke with the most professional and friendly representative. She helped me with length comparison and recommended another product that would better suite my daughter. I however do enjoy long braids and decided to make the purchase anyway based solely on that call. I am so happy that i did. The hair was neatly packed and came super fast. The hair is long prestreched and easy to manage. I highly recommend this shop and this hair.
