Step One: Add items to your shopping cart
Whenever you see an item on Beauty Bar & Supply that you are interested in buying, click on the item photograph and a page dedicated to that item will display. You should see an 'add to cart' icon just below the item description. If the item is available in multiple colors, sizes or varieties, you will see those listed in the pull down menu above the 'add to cart' icon. Choose the color, size or variety you prefer from this menu and then click on the 'add to cart' icon. This does not commit you to buying the product; it simply sets it aside so that when you do decide to buy the item(s) you can do so quickly. After you put an item in your shopping cart you can either proceed to checkout and purchase the product or continue shopping. You can add as many products to your cart as you like.
Step Two: Checkout
When you decide to buy the items in your cart, click on 'add to Cart', located on the upper right-hand of every page on our site. This will begin the checkout process. The first page you see will allow you to select the quantity of any item you intend to purchase or to remove any item from your cart. In the next series of pages you will be asked to type information that will let us know where to send the order, how to send it and how you intend to pay for it. To make purchases you will need to order online and use a Visa, MasterCard or Discover. The checkout sequence should take less than two minutes for first time customers. When you order is received successfully, you will receive an order received confirmation on the final page of checkout. Please do not resubmit if you are unsure if your order went through. Logout and log back in to check the status of the order. Sorry, we are not responsible for duplicate shipment orders.

We have taken many precautions to insure that shopping at BeautyBarSupply.com is safe and secure. We use the industry-standard SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to ensure that all credit card transactions are secure. The SSL system encrypts information that you submit to us via our Web site when you place an order. Encryption makes it extremely difficult for anyone to intercept information about you, your order, or your credit card information. Please remember that you play a valuable part in security as well. After you have finished using our site, you should log off and exit your browser so no unauthorized persons can use our site with your name and account information.
We assure you that every online transaction you make with us will be safe. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider immediately in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
In some cases, an order may be placed on hold for a security check. This random selection requires that we take additional precautions to ensure the security of your order. In some instances, Beauty Bar & Supply will require that you fax a copy of your driver's license and/or matching credit card to ensure you are the holder of the card. These measures are taken for your security and protection.

Beauty Bar & Supply accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Paypal and Discover.
» Why do you charge tax to Texas residents?
We charge tax because we have a physical presence in North Carolina.
» What are my shipping options?
We use United Parcel Service (UPS) to ship our products to you, and we offer several options for expedited shipping. For orders to Alaska and Hawaii we currently offer only priority shipping through UPS.
» How do I check the status of an order?
To check on the status of an order you placed, you can log onto your account area of the Beauty Bar & Supply Online Store at any time. Alternatively, please e-mail info@BeautyBarSupply.com, and please include your full name and order number in your e-mail.
» How long will it take to get my order?
There are two factors that affect when you will receive your order. The time it takes for the product to leave our location, and the time it takes for your order to be shipped by USPS. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed prior to 3 pm EST, Monday through Friday, will leave our location within the next 2 business days after your order is placed. All orders for in-stock merchandise that are placed after 3 pm on Friday or Saturday will leave our warehouse within the next 2 business days, except during holidays. If your order leaves our location the time it takes USPS to deliver your order will depend on the type of shipping service you have selected.
» What if I haven't received my order yet?
Please refer to the tracking number provided to you via email to track your package. If you have additional questions, please contact us at info@BeautyBarSupply.com, and include your full name and order number.
» How do I return an item?
The Beauty Bar & Supply Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to love everything that you buy from us. However, we will accept returns on items that are unworn, with tickets intact, in un-opened original packaging, accompanied by the original invoice and/or in their original condition and that are not return exclusion items (see below).
ALL return requests must be made ONLY to info@BeautyBarSupply.com within 5 business days of receipt. Absolutely NO phone return requests will be accepted. You will be sent a return authorization number via email and must return the item via USPS within 5 business days of the receipt of the authorization number. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our policies. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser plus 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for shipping delays or shipping expenses.
We cannot accept returns of certain items, including:
- Any body care, hair care or facial products (due to perishability and contamination)
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, worn or is missing parts
- Any item that is returned after the return deadline listed above
- Any product without an authorization number
- Any Sale, "Final Sale", Closeouts or Discount merchandise
- One of a kind or handmade items.
Refunds for returns shipped after 10 business days from the arrival date are subject to a 50% restocking fee. No returns after 15 days will be accepted.
Please ship all orders prepaid and insured with the items wrapped securely in the original packaging. Items must be in original, un-worn and undamaged condition. We are not liable for items that are not shipped according to these policies or items that are lost or damaged during shipping. We recommend shipping using a service that provides a tracking option. Once the returned item is received and accepted for return, a credit for the price of the returned item(s) will be issued only to the exact credit card used for the purchase; no exceptions. Allow at least 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement.
You must provide an accurate shipping address and be available to receive your shipments. Undeliverable attempts and returned shipments will incur re-shipment charges. All refused shipments will be charged the full value of the product and the shipping.
