We are working to get orders out as quickly as possible. We are currently shipping orders for in stock items within 24hours with exception of the weekends and holidays.
We apologize for delayed orders but due to COVID19 many carriers are expericing delays with transportation. Please use the tracking link provided for the most up to date information.
You will receive a shipiment confirmation with a tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. If you need assistance with your order, please be sure to provide the order number and email address to order in the Contact Us Form. We will be glad to assist you. Due to high volumes, the response times can be delayed.

We're sorry but once an order has been submitted the address cannot be changed. If the order hasn't shpped, we can cancel the order so you may resubmit the order with the correct address.
All orders for instock items placed prior to 2pm EST Monday to Friday will ship the same day.
In the case of receiving a delivery notification, please contact the carrier immediatley. By contacting the carrier immediatly, the driver can be notified to assist with locating the package. Beauty Bar & Supply only has access to information in the tracking system.
